Taiwan is renowned for its incredibly diverse food scene. This rich culinary heritage is a delicious blend of influences. When Chiang Kai-shek came to Taiwan in 1949, he brought with him two million people, including chefs from various provinces across China. This influx created a wide array of regional Chinese restaurants.
