Only 25-minutes flight from Ho Chi Minh City, this beautiful Island will allow you to unwind and relax, whilst offering some stunning countryside to explore in addition to the wonderful Vietnamese hospitality.
Somewhat lesser known as a beach destination in Vietnam, and Asia, there are many advantages to staying in Phuket Quoc over more well known locations. Firstly the flight and transit times in Ho Chi Minh City if you are connecting are both less. The population of Phi Quoc is approx 180,000 and much less populated than other areas beach areas of Vietnam. In town is a large nightly market and on the island is a amusement park, which is well worth the visit for those travelling with children. Certainly on our visit to the island the ocean was very safe to swim in with only very small swell, and no rips making it dangerous to swim. For lovers of seafood, you will also appreciate a stay in Phuket Quoc with local seafood caught every day!
