South Korea balances deep Confucian traditions, dynamic pop culture, innovative cuisine, and rapid economic growth. Thus offering visitors vibrant cities, scenic mountains and an efficient transport. Combined with a distinctive national identity shaped by resilience and creativity today worldwide.

The Discover South Korea itinerary spans the peninsula, offering a blend of urban energy, coastal beauty, and serene mountain retreats. The journey begins in Seoul, a 24-hour metropolis where ancient palaces like Gyeongbokgung stand against a backdrop of neon-lit skyscrapers. Heading south, history comes alive at the Gongsanseong Fortress in Gongju, a UNESCO-listed mountain castle from the Baekje Kingdom. For nature lovers, Naejangsan National Park is a premier destination, particularly in autumn when its “maple tunnel” turns a brilliant crimson.

On the southeastern coast, Busan balances urban grit with seaside charm. Visitors can pay their respects at the United Nations Memorial Cemetery, the world’s only UN cemetery, or take the Songdo Sea Cable Car for a breathtaking ride over the ocean in glass-bottomed cabins. Visiting Pyeongchang, famed for the 2018 Winter Olympics, it offers alpine air and world-class ski resorts. Nearby, Mt. Seorak (Seoraksan) provides some of Korea’s most dramatic scenery, with jagged granite peaks and the accessible Seorak Cable Car offering panoramic views of the East Sea.
