Arrival in Phuket – Welcome to Thailand!

On arrival at Phuket International Airport, you will clear Customs and Immigration and meet our airport representative, who will provide the private vehicle transfer to your hotel. Along the way, said representative will present you with a welcome packet including all necessary documentation, vouchers, and contact information of your guide and local offices. The remainder of the day is at leisure.

After enjoying breakfast at your hotel, you will meet your guide in the hotel foyer and depart on a drive along the Phuket coastline past Karon Beach and Kata Beach to a viewpoint where you can see Phuket’s three most beautiful beaches. Continue to Promthep Cape at the southernmost point of Phuket for its best view of the coastline. Next, you will drive past Rawai Beach and visit Wat Chalong, Phuket’s largest and most revered temple, built at the beginning of the 19th century. Next, continue to the cashew nut factory and Wang Thalang, a local souvenir shop offering a variety of local handmade products. In the mid-afternoon, return to old Phuket to see the charming Sino-Portuguese shop houses on Thalang and Debuk Roads, reflecting the architecture of people who came to Phuket centuries ago for its tin-mining industry. At the end of the day, return to your hotel for the evening at leisure.

This morning you will depart Phuket by speedboat from the Boat Lagoon Marina to visit one of Thailand’s most popular natural attractions, the gorgeous Phi Phi Islands. To avoid the crowds, we will first visit Bamboo Island and its pristine white sand beach with emerald waters, simply perfect for swimming. Next, enjoy snorkelling off Yoong Island, known for its antler corals and colourful fish. Cruise 30 minutes to Monkey Beach with its colony of wild macaques and enjoy a simple local buffet lunch on arrival at Koh Phi Don before taking a dip in the Viking Cave on the island’s north-eastern tip, known for its swifts’ nests used in Bird’s Nest Soup. In the afternoon, visit Maya Bay, the postcard-perfect setting made famous by the film “The Beach”, and enjoy a swim or simply relax on its white sand beach. 

In the mid to late afternoon, cruise back to Phuket and return via transfer to your hotel.

Enjoy the use of your hotel room until noon, when you will check out. Then, meet your guide in the hotel’s lobby, who will provide the private vehicle transfer to Phuket Airport for your onward flight.
